1. General Information

1. The organizer of the POZNA(Ń)MY SIĘ event is NON.agency and Rebell Studio, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
2. These Terms & Conditions define the rules of participation in the POZNA(Ń)MY SIĘ event.
3. Purchasing a ticket or participating in the event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Event Participation

1. The event is closed and the number of places is limited.
2. A participant may be a person holding a valid ticket or confirmation of participation issued by the Organizer.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to persons whose behavior disrupts the event or infringes on the comfort of other participants.

3. Tickets and Payments

1. Tickets are sold through the Fienta platform or other channels indicated by the Organizer.
2. Ticket prices are displayed on the event sales page.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to end ticket sales before the event date once available places are exhausted.

4. Refunds and Changes

1. Purchased tickets are non-refundable unless applicable law provides otherwise.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the program, schedule, speakers or format of the event for reasons beyond the Organizer's control.
3. In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will inform participants of further proceedings via email.

5. Event Rules

1. Participants are required to follow safety rules and instructions from the Organizer and event staff.
2. The following are prohibited:
   • disrupting the course of the event,
   • aggressive or offensive behavior,
   • actions that infringe on the comfort of other participants,
   • damaging the event venue or equipment.
3. The Organizer may remove a participant from the event in case of a breach of these Terms without the right to a ticket refund.

6. Image and Photo/Video Materials

1. During the event, photos and audio/video recordings may be taken for promotional and documentary purposes.
2. Participation in the event constitutes consent to the free recording and use of the participant's image by the Organizer in promotional materials, social media and websites related to the event.
3. Persons who do not consent to the publication of their image are asked to contact the Organizer in advance.

7. Liability

1. The Organizer is not responsible for items left unattended during the event.
2. The participant is responsible for damage caused by themselves on the event premises.
3. The Organizer is not responsible for interruptions or changes resulting from force majeure.

8. Personal Data

1. Participants' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy available on the event website.
2. Data may be used for the purpose of organizing the event, contacting participants and providing services related to participation.

9. Final Provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions.
2. The current version of the Terms & Conditions is available on the event website.
3. These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date of publication on the POZNA(Ń)MY SIĘ website.
